Withdraw from your contract here

This procedure allows people legally entitled to a right of withdrawal to submit a declaration relating to their contract. It is separate from cancellation for non-delivery, a warranty return or a simple request for information. These other procedures remain available by contacting contact@10-chairs.com.

The form asks for your first and last name, a reference or description identifying the contract, and the email address where you wish to receive the acknowledgement. The model or service concerned, order date and delivery date may help identify the contract. No reason for withdrawal or banking details are requested.

Before submitting, the person making the declaration checks the information and uses the action confirming withdrawal. The acknowledgement on a durable medium must reproduce the content of the declaration and the date and time it was sent. The confirmation displayed in the browser does not replace that acknowledgement.

Withdrawal may also be notified by an unequivocal statement sent to contact@10-chairs.com or by post to 10-Chairs Innovations, 6 C rue du Grand Breuil, 88200 Remiremont, France. Time limits, return arrangements and refunds are set out in the delivery policy and the terms applicable to the contract.
