VERSION DATED 15 OCTOBER 2026
Seller and customers concerned
The seller is 10-Chairs Innovations, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of 40,000 euros, registered with the Épinal Trade and Companies Register under number 931 685 317, at 6 C rue du Grand Breuil, 88200 Remiremont, France. VAT number: FR90931685317. Contact: contact@10-chairs.com, +33 6 29 39 74 57.
The offer is aimed at independent business owners and professionals. A customer's status is determined by their actual situation and the purpose of the purchase. Mandatory rights of a consumer or legally protected professional cannot be excluded by a simple declaration or the contract's title. Clauses relating to consumers do not constitute an announcement that sales are open to that audience.
Product and pre-order information
Indoor and Outdoor are two separate camera robot models in development. The customer chooses an identified model; one model may not be replaced by the other without their agreement. Essential characteristics, included accessories, compatibility constraints, any app requirements and safety conditions are detailed in the contractual specification sheet supplied before payment.
Targets from a specification document and reported prototype results do not constitute certification. The contractual version specifies the characteristics to which the seller commits. A general reservation concerning changes does not authorise a substantial reduction in those characteristics or substitution of the product without the customer's agreement. If the agreed item can no longer be supplied, the customer may obtain a full refund of their preorder.
Price and payment
The total preorder price is 500 euros including VAT per robot, paid in full in a single payment when ordered. This amount is the price of the robot, rather than a deposit requiring a further balance. Shipping costs and any import duties and charges are added according to the destination and pre-contractual information.
Applicable VAT, any exemptions and taxes collected by the seller are shown in the order summary and invoice. Stripe may calculate them according to the selected configuration; the seller remains responsible for the information and tax obligations incumbent upon it. A tax already included must not be charged a second time. Import duties, import taxes and customs-clearance charges that may be requested at the destination are borne by the customer where they are the customer's responsibility and were disclosed before ordering.
Before confirmation, the customer can check the model, robot price, additional charges, total payable, destination, essential characteristics, return conditions and delivery deadline. The journey accepts an order only if the destination and applicable costs can be presented correctly. No payment link or method is inferred merely from the presentation of these terms.
Formation and evidence of the contract
The customer selects a model, provides accurate contact details, corrects any errors and accepts the applicable terms before confirming an order involving an obligation to pay. Confirmation is supplied on a durable medium, with the model, contractual specification sheet, price, agreed delivery date and version of the accepted terms.
Payment data is processed through the provider's secure interface. The Company retains the necessary references and supporting records without requesting full card numbers in its contact form.
Development and guaranteed delivery
First deliveries are planned for January 2028. This initial period and the industrialisation milestones are provisional. For each accepted preorder, the seller undertakes to deliver the robot no later than 31 December 2028. This deadline appears before payment and in the confirmation.
The Company informs the customer of events that actually affect their order. Neither the customer's silence nor a website update constitutes acceptance of an extension. A delay beyond 31 December 2028 cannot be imposed; it requires the customer's express agreement and does not remove rights already acquired.
International delivery is offered by parcel to destinations the seller can lawfully and actually serve. Dispatch arrangements, cost and destination-specific restrictions are disclosed before ordering. The seller remains the customer's contact for delivery it arranges. Mandatory rules on transfer of risk, particularly on physical receipt by a consumer, remain applicable.
Model abandonment and non-delivery
If the ordered model is abandoned, is not brought to market or is announced to be impossible to supply, the Company refunds all sums paid for that order, including delivery charges paid for the undelivered product. The refund is made within fourteen days of cancellation, without deduction of processing fees.
If the robot has not been delivered by 31 December 2028, the customer may cancel the unfulfilled preorder by a simple notification to contact@10-chairs.com. The Company contractually grants a full refund within fourteen days of that notification, without requiring acceptance of a new date. This option is additional to applicable statutory remedies and increases.
For a delay before that deadline, or where a more precise date has been agreed, rights to terminate the contract remain those provided by the contract and the law. A development clause or uncertainty does not deprive the customer of those remedies.
Withdrawal and returns
A customer legally entitled to a right of withdrawal has fourteen days from receiving the goods to notify their decision. A standard preorder is not, for that reason alone, a personalised item excluded from this right. Professionals do not automatically have this right for every purchase; specific statutory protections are reserved.
Notification may be made using the model form in the delivery policy, by any unequivocal statement sent to contact@10-chairs.com or by post to the registered office. An online withdrawal function is planned on the website, with confirmation and an acknowledgement on a durable medium. Its use must not require creation of a new account or an explanation for the decision.
The goods are returned to the registered office, 6 C rue du Grand Breuil, 88200 Remiremont, France, or another expressly agreed address without an imposed additional cost. Return must take place within fourteen days of notification. Direct withdrawal return costs are borne by the customer if disclosed before ordering; no restocking penalty applies. Returns for non-conformity fall under guarantees and remain at the seller's expense.
The refund covers the price and original standard delivery within the statutory time limit. For goods, it may be withheld until their recovery or receipt of proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first. Tests necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods remain possible; a deduction for diminished value may be made only under the statutory conditions.
Guarantees
10-Chairs Innovations is responsible for the guarantees incumbent upon it. Customers may invoke them using the contact details at the beginning of these terms. Rights relating to latent defects and applicable mandatory guarantees are not removed by the preorder nature of the purchase.
For a consumer, new goods are notably covered by the statutory conformity guarantee for two years from delivery. Obligations concerning digital elements and their updates apply according to the nature and agreed duration of supply. Statutory remedies of bringing into conformity, price reduction or termination remain available under their applicable conditions. The mere presence of a warranty card in the kit does not announce an additional commercial guarantee.
Twelve months of the app included
Each robot preorder includes twelve months of use of the app at app.10-chairs.com for one brand only. The period begins on receipt of the robot. It is not consumed while waiting and does not reduce credits already purchased or received free.
The offer covers uses actually accessible on the platform during this period, without additional credit charges for those uses, subject to fair-use rules. It does not promise that features still in development will be available by a specified date. A substantial unavailability of the offer attributable to the seller entitles the customer to an equivalent extension or an appropriate remedy, without prejudice to statutory rights.
The brand and its social accounts are identified at activation. They may not be replaced to use the offer successively for several brands. Technical reconnection of the same account, a change imposed by a platform or a legitimate migration relating to the same brand may be handled by support with supporting evidence.
Users must refrain from launching repetitive processing without a genuine need solely to exhaust service resources, creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, reselling access or carrying out unauthorised load tests. Normal professional use, even intensive, is not abusive in itself. Prevention measures and the possibility of challenging a restriction follow the app terms.
Complaints and disputes
Complaints should be sent to contact@10-chairs.com with information identifying the order. The Company seeks an amicable solution without removing access to the courts. French law applies, subject to mandatory rules protecting the customer.
If sales to consumers are opened, a competent mediation scheme must be appointed and its contact details supplied before the contract is concluded. These terms do not claim membership of a mediator to which the Company has not actually subscribed. Territorial jurisdiction provisions do not deprive anyone of access to a court with mandatory jurisdiction.
Applicable version
The version accepted when ordering and the attached contractual information continue to govern that order. A later change does not retroactively reduce the customer's rights.
