VERSION DATED 15 OCTOBER 2026
Purpose and operation
The app at app.10-chairs.com is provided by 10-Chairs Innovations, whose contact details appear in the legal notice. It supports the preparation and management of social media content. It may be used without a robot. These terms are not a catalogue of promised features: operations, their availability and their constraints are presented in the app when offered.
Top-ups without a subscription
Paid use is based on prepaid credits, without a mandatory monthly subscription or automatic top-up that has not been expressly requested. The reference top-up costs 29.99 euros excluding VAT and provides 300 credits. In France, at the 20% VAT rate, the rounded total is 35.99 euros including VAT. The price and tax treatment applicable to the destination are shown before payment.
Other top-ups and discounts apply only when a price schedule is actually displayed and accepted. These terms do not guarantee any additional discount percentage.
Purchased and free credits
Purchased and free credits provide access to the same operations under the same credit-consumption schedule. They have no expiry date within the service. The 100 welcome credits are awarded when the corresponding registration offer is open, once per eligible beneficiary; artificial account creation intended to accumulate this benefit is excluded.
Credits are not currency, a bank deposit or a unit usable with third parties. They may not be transferred or resold without agreement. The absence of an expiry date does not guarantee that the service will operate indefinitely. If the Company permanently discontinues the service without an accepted equivalent solution, it informs account holders and refunds the unused portion of amounts actually paid, according to purchase and usage records. Free credits are not refundable in money.
Operation costs and changes
Before confirmation, each operation displays its cost in credits or, where the cost depends on the media or its duration, a calculation method and an authorised maximum. The user may decline before starting it. Exceeding the accepted maximum requires further confirmation; no unavailable operation may be charged.
For the same operation under comparable conditions, cumulative increases in the credit cost are capped at 10% over any twelve-month period. Rounding must not cause this cap to be exceeded. A change of name or presentation may not circumvent this rule. A genuinely different new operation has its own price, shown before use.
An increase is announced at least thirty days before it takes effect, on a medium accessible to the account holder. It applies only to future operations and changes neither the balance already acquired nor the accepted cost of an operation in progress. The price of an ordered top-up remains the price accepted at that purchase. This cap is a commercial rule chosen by 10-Chairs; it does not arise from a legally imposed rate.
Failures and corrections
An operation not started because of a validation error does not consume credits. A failure attributable to the service that prevents delivery of the ordered result or service leads to the credits deducted for that operation being restored. An automatic retry relating to the same incident must not result in double charging.
A correctly completed operation is not considered failed solely because the user dislikes its aesthetic result. The user must check the settings and hold the rights to the supplied content. Any incorrect charge may be disputed by contacting contact@10-chairs.com with the operation reference, without providing full banking details. Statutory rights relating to a non-conforming service are reserved.
Withdrawal from digital purchases
Where a customer is legally entitled to a right of withdrawal, they generally have fourteen days from conclusion of the service contract. Merely allocating credits to the account does not waive this right. The legal classification of a digital supply and the necessary consents depend on the operation actually offered.
If the customer expressly requests the service to start before the period expires, their request and the required information are collected separately from general acceptance. In the event of withdrawal, only the amount legally due for the service already provided may be retained. Where the law makes loss of the right conditional on express consent and a specific acknowledgement, those conditions must be met and confirmed on a durable medium.
Without the legally required information or requests, no deduction may be based on a presumed waiver. Refundable sums correspond to amounts actually paid, under the applicable rules, without requiring a refund solely in credits. Non-conformity rules apply independently of the withdrawal period.
Offer included with a robot
The twelve months included with a robot start on receipt and cover the uses available on app.10-chairs.com for one brand only, under the conditions specified in the terms and conditions of sale. Account credits remain available during this period. The interface must distinguish operations covered by the offer from other journeys without incorrectly deducting the balance.
Social accounts attached to the brand may not be replaced to extend this benefit to other brands. Maintenance or legitimate recovery of access for the same brand is handled with support.
Fair use and security
Users must not seek to cause financial or technical harm through artificial processing, excessive automated requests, repeated launches without a genuine need, unauthorised commercial sharing of an account or circumvention of protections. Abuse is assessed on documented facts and may not be used to arbitrarily prohibit normal use of the service.
Technical rate or concurrency limits may protect availability and security. They must be proportionate and disclosed where their effect is decisive for use. Except in a security emergency or fraud, the Company explains the behaviour concerned and allows it to be corrected before suspension. An urgent measure is explained as soon as possible and may be challenged at contact@10-chairs.com.
A restriction does not automatically remove credits or refund rights. Any measure must preserve the holder's data and rights under the law, subject to actions necessary for security and evidence of an incident.
Content and third-party services
Users retain their rights to their content and warrant that they have the necessary permissions, including for people filmed, music and locations. Compatibility and publication on a social network also depend on its interfaces, permissions and terms. A third-party change is disclosed when it substantially affects the service; it does not remove the customer's remedies concerning a service that was owed.
Data, media, automated processing and connections are described in the app's privacy information before collection or activation. Complaints should be sent to contact@10-chairs.com. French law applies subject to mandatory rules, particularly those concerning digital services and consumers.
