COOKIE POLICY

Purpose

A cookie or similar technology stores or accesses information in a browser or on a device. The applicable rules depend on the purpose and actual configuration, rather than simply the tool's name.

Necessary operation and audience measurement

Only trackers meeting the legal criteria are exempt from consent, notably when strictly necessary for the requested service. Audience measurement is exempt only if its configuration complies with the applicable conditions.

Framer describes its built-in analytics tool as operating without cookies. This statement does not necessarily cover other services integrated into the website. The information depends on the settings actually enabled.

External services

An embedded video, advertising tool, social button, remotely hosted font or payment may generate requests to a third-party provider. An external request is not necessarily a cookie, but may involve processing technical data. Providers and categories of recipients are described in the privacy policy according to the journey used.

Non-essential tools requiring consent must only be activated after a valid choice. A simple link to a third-party service does not constitute general consent to its processing or automatic registration for that service.

Choices and withdrawal of consent

When trackers requiring consent are used, visitors must be able to accept them, refuse them and change their choice with comparable ease. Refusal must not block functions that do not need them. Consent cannot arise merely from continuing to browse.

The choice is retained for a proportionate period, generally six months before asking again, unless a change justifies updated information. Permanent access to preferences must be available whenever trackers requiring consent are active. Browser settings also allow cookies to be deleted or limited, which may affect certain requested functions.

Information on active tools

The information accompanying the consent mechanism specifies, for each relevant tool, its provider or category, purpose, duration and consent requirements. It is updated when integrations change. Contact: contact@10-chairs.com. Reference: https://www.cnil.fr/fr/cookies-et-autres-traceurs.
