This policy supplements the terms and conditions of sale without reducing statutory rights.

Price and delivery

Each preorder is for an identified robot, Indoor or Outdoor, priced at 500 euros including VAT and paid in full when ordered. Shipping is charged separately according to the information shown before payment. International delivery is by parcel, to destinations actually accepted at the time of purchase. Import duties and charges payable at the destination are borne by the customer where they are the customer's responsibility and the customer has been informed.

First deliveries are planned for January 2028. Delivery of the ordered robot is guaranteed no later than 31 December 2028. As Indoor and Outdoor are separate projects, a difficulty affecting one does not automatically change an order for the other.

Abandonment or non-delivery

If the model is abandoned, cannot be brought to market or cannot be supplied, all amounts paid for that order are refunded in full, including delivery charges for the undelivered product. If the order remains undelivered on 31 December 2028, the customer may request cancellation without accepting a postponement. A full refund is made within fourteen days of cancellation or the corresponding notification, without processing fees and without prejudice to statutory remedies.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

Consumers and any other legally eligible persons may notify their withdrawal within fourteen days of receiving the standard robot. The request may be sent to contact@10-chairs.com, by post to the registered office or through the online withdrawal function when available. The declaration must identify the contract holder and the contract; no reason is required.

Use of the model form is optional. An online declaration generates an acknowledgement on a durable medium specifying its content and the date and time it was sent. A valid request sent by another method is not refused merely because the form was not used.

Returns and refunds

Returns are sent to 10-Chairs Innovations, 6 C rue du Grand Breuil, 88200 Remiremont, France, within fourteen days of notification, unless another address is expressly agreed. The customer uses suitable packaging and keeps proof of dispatch. For batteries, the customer follows applicable transport rules and contacts the seller before sending a damaged battery.

Direct return costs following withdrawal are borne by the customer if the customer was informed before ordering. Return costs for a non-conforming product are borne by the seller. The statutory withdrawal refund includes the original standard delivery charge, with the legally permitted possibility of withholding reimbursement until the goods or proof of dispatch are received. The original payment method is used unless the customer expressly agrees to another solution at no cost.
