Purpose and scope

These terms govern browsing the website of 10-Chairs Innovations, whose contact details appear in the legal notice. Robot sales and credit purchases are governed by their specific terms, supplied before ordering. These terms do not constitute acceptance of a preorder or payment authorisation.

Project presentation

The website describes the app and the Indoor and Outdoor robots. Features in development, targets and illustrative images are distinguished from capabilities actually available. References to ten minutes a week concern the target time for preparing and managing communication, excluding filming time; they do not constitute an individual guarantee of results or commercial gain.

Permitted use

Users browse the website in good faith. They must refrain from disrupting its operation, circumventing protections, sending malicious messages, unlawfully collecting data or infringing third-party rights. They retain the necessary rights to information and files they choose to submit.

Availability and liability

10-Chairs takes reasonable care over the quality of information and corrects reported errors. Maintenance or incidents may cause interruptions. Provisional information is not an assurance that the final product will have an unvalidated level of performance.

No provision excludes liability that the law prohibits limiting, or mandatory rights relating to a sale or service. Third-party links may change; their operators remain responsible for their own services.

Forms and community

A contact request is used to respond to its subject. Joining the WhatsApp community is voluntary and separate from subscribing to marketing emails. The historical referral or competition rules no longer constitute an active offer; any rights already acquired by former participants continue to be handled according to the applicable commitments.

Changes and disputes

A change to these terms applies to future browsing of the website. It does not retroactively alter an order already concluded. Complaints may be sent to contact@10-chairs.com. French law applies, subject to mandatory rules and legally competent courts.
