1. Object of the GTU

The purpose of these General Terms of Use (hereinafter "GTU") is to define the terms and conditions under which the company 10-Chairs Innovations (hereinafter "the Company") makes the website 10-Chairs (hereinafter "the Site") and associated services available, as well as the conditions of access and use of the Site by any user (hereinafter "the User").

By browsing the Site or using the services offered (payment of a deposit of intent, pre-orders, etc.), the User accepts these GTU without reservation.

2. Legal Information

The Site is published by the company 10-Chairs Innovations, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €40,000, registered in the Épinal Trade and Companies Register under number 931 685 317, whose registered office is located at 6 C Rue du Grand Breuil, 88200 Remiremont, France. The Site is hosted by the company Framer B.V., located at Singel 258, 1016 AB Amsterdam, Netherlands.

3. Services Offered on the Site

The purpose of the Site is to present the innovative "robot cameraman" project developed by the Company and to build a community before commercialization. In this respect, the Site notably allows:

- To pay a deposit of intent of €20 in order to benefit from a discount on the future product when it is released (see GCS – General Conditions of Sale). This deposit is not a firm purchase of the product but an expression of interest, refundable only under specific conditions provided (see Refund Policy).

- To learn more about the 10-Chairs project, its news, and its products through the content published on the Site (texts, images, explanatory videos, etc.).

The Site does not offer online sales of products at the moment (no e-commerce features except for the deposit of intent mentioned above). There is no public forum or chat module on the Site. An email contact button (mailto) and a videoconference booking button are available for any questions or contact.

4. Access to the Site

Access to the Site is free and open to any User with an internet connection. All costs related to accessing the Site (hardware, software, internet connection costs, etc.) are the responsibility of the User.

The Company endeavors to ensure the availability of the Site 24/7. However, it cannot be held responsible for temporary unavailability of the Site, whether for technical maintenance or update reasons, or in case of force majeure or events beyond its control.

The Company reserves the right to temporarily interrupt or suspend access to the Site or certain features without prior notice, in particular to carry out updates, maintenance operations, or any other reason deemed necessary for the proper functioning of the Site.

5. User Obligations

Each User agrees to use the Site and its services in compliance with these GTU and applicable laws and regulations. In particular, the User agrees to: - Use the Site in a reasonable manner and not disrupt its operation. It is forbidden to introduce viruses, hacking attempts, "denial of service" attacks, or any malicious action aimed at the Site and its Users. - Respect the rights of third parties: refrain from any defamatory, offensive, or contrary to good morals statements in any communications (for example, if there is an opportunity to leave a comment or message). - Do not misuse the purposes of the Site: the User must not use the Site or the information it contains for purposes other than those intended (for example, unauthorized commercial exploitation of content, massive data extraction, etc.). - Respect the specific rules of other legal documents on the Site when applicable: General Conditions of Sale for the deposit of intent, Privacy Policy for personal data.

In case of breach of these obligations, the Company reserves the right to take any appropriate measures, including suspending or blocking the User's access to the Site, or even legal action if necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

The trademark 10-Chairs, the products presented (concepts, design, images of the robot cameramen), the Site's domain name, as well as all content and graphic or textual elements on the Site (logos, illustrations, photographs, videos, texts, graphic charter, etc.) are the exclusive property of the Company or its partners and are protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation, or distribution, in whole or in part, of the content of the Site, without the prior written consent of the Company, is prohibited. The User acquires no intellectual property rights by using the Site. They are simply granted a non-exclusive license to use the Site, solely for the purpose of benefiting from the services offered therein, for strictly private and non-commercial use.

Any contributions from the User (for example, if the User provides suggestions for improvement, ideas, or feedback via a contact form or other means) may be used freely by the Company, which will be the sole owner of the improvements or ideas thus generated, without any compensation to the User, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.

7. Personal Data and Cookies

As part of using the services of the Site, the Company may collect and process certain personal data of the User (for example: email address, information submitted via registration or contact forms, browsing data, etc.). The detailed methods of processing this data and the User's rights in this regard are described in the Privacy Policy of the Site.

The User is invited to consult this Privacy Policy to understand how and why their data is processed, and how cookies may be used on the Site (analytical cookies, etc.). By using the Site, the User consents to this processing in accordance with the applicable regulations (GDPR and the French "Informatique et Libertés" law).

8. Liability of the Company

The Company makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on the Site and the quality of the services offered. However, information about the project (including, but not limited to, the description of 10-Chairs products, advertised features, indicative availability or launch dates, etc.) is provided for informational and non-contractual purposes. The Company does not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of this information. It may be subject to change, in particular due to the innovative nature of the project and the uncertainties of the development phase.

The Company cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage that may result from using or being unable to use the Site, and in particular in case of: - Malfunctions, bugs, or interruption of the Site; - Loss of data or opportunities related to the use of the Site; - Presence of viruses or harmful elements on the Site introduced by a third party in a malicious manner; - Fraudulent use by a third party of the information presented on the Site.

The Company offers no guarantee as to the actual release date of 10-Chairs products.

The liability of the Company, should it be engaged despite the provisions above, is limited in any event to the sum of €20 per User for any damages, which corresponds to the maximum amount of the deposit of intent paid on the Site. This limitation does not apply in case of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company, or in case of damage to life, health, or physical integrity of a person.

9. Hypertext Links and External Content

The Site may contain hypertext links pointing to third-party websites, in particular for the payment process of the deposit of intent (e.g., link to PayPal or Stripe) or for data collection (e.g., Typeform forms), or access and sharing buttons on social networks, for example.

The presence of these links does not mean that the Company approves the content of these external sites. The Company exercises no control over the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites and cannot be held responsible for their services, content, advertisements, cookies, or other elements. The User is advised to consult the terms of use and privacy policies of these third-party sites before using them.

Any hypertext link pointing to the Site set up by a third party must be previously authorized in writing by the Company. The Company reserves the right to have any link to the Site removed that has not been authorized or that would damage its image.

10. Modification of the GTU

The Company reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time in order to adapt them to developments of the Site and its services, or to legal and regulatory developments.

In the event of a substantial modification of the GTU, the new version will be published on the Site with a clearly indicated update date. It is the User's responsibility to regularly check the GTU. Use of the Site after the update date will constitute acceptance of the modified GTU.

If the User does not accept the new provisions of the GTU, they must stop using the Site and may request the deletion of their personal data in accordance with the procedure provided in the Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These GTU are governed by French law. They are written in French. In the event that they are translated into other languages, the French version will prevail in case of any discrepancy in interpretation.

For any question regarding the application of these GTU, or any dispute relating to the use of the Site, the User is invited to contact the Company at contact@10-chairs.com in order to seek an amicable solution.

Failing an amicable agreement, and subject to mandatory applicable protective legal provisions (in particular for consumers residing outside of France), any dispute will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
