By browsing the Site or using the services offered (registration on the waiting list with a deposit of intent), the User accepts these ToU without reservation.
The Site is published by the company 10-Chairs Innovations, a Simplified Joint Stock Company with a capital of €40,000 registered in the Epinal Trade and Companies Register under number 931 685 317, whose registered office is located at 6 C Rue du Grand Breuil, 88200 Remiremont, France. 3. Services offered on the Site
The Site is intended to present the innovative "robot-cameraman" project developed by the Company and to build a community prior to commercialization. As such, the Site notably allows:
- To pay a deposit of intent of €20 in order to benefit from a discount on the future product upon its release (see GTC – General Terms of Sale). This deposit is not a firm purchase of the product but an expression of interest, refundable only under the specific conditions provided (see Refund Policy).
- To stay informed about the 10-Chairs project, its news and its products through the contents published on the Site (texts, images, explanatory videos, etc.).
The Site does not offer online product sales at this time (no e-commerce functionality other than the deposit of intent mentioned above). There is no public forum or chat module on the Site. A contact button via email (mailto) as well as a videoconference booking button are made available for any questions or contact.
Access to the Site is free and open to any User with an internet connection. All costs relating to accessing the Site (hardware costs, software, internet connection, etc.) are the responsibility of the User.
The Company endeavors to ensure the availability of the Site 24/7. However, it cannot be held responsible for temporary unavailability of the Site, whether for technical maintenance or update reasons, or in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control.
The Company reserves the right to temporarily interrupt or suspend access to the Site or to certain features without prior notice, in particular to perform updates, maintenance operations or for any other reason deemed necessary for the proper functioning of the Site.
Each User agrees to use the Site and services in accordance with these ToU and the laws and regulations in force. In particular, the User agrees to: - Use the Site reasonably and not disrupt its operation. It is prohibited to introduce viruses, hacking attempts, denial of service attacks or any malicious action aimed at the Site and its Users. - Respect the rights of third parties: refrain from any defamatory, insulting remarks or those contrary to public morality in any communications (for example, if there is a possibility to leave a comment or message). - Do not misuse the purposes of the Site: the User must not use the Site or the information it contains for purposes other than those intended (for example, unauthorized commercial exploitation of content, massive data extraction, etc.). - Respect the specific rules of other legal documents of the Site when applicable: General Terms of Sale for the deposit of intent, Privacy Policy for personal data.
In case of breach of these obligations, the Company reserves the right to take any appropriate measure, including suspension or blocking of the User's access to the Site, or even legal actions if necessary.
The trademark 10-Chairs, the products presented (concepts, design, images of the robot cameramen), the domain name of the Site, as well as all content and graphic or textual elements present on the Site (logos, illustrations, photographs, videos, texts, graphic charter, etc.) are the exclusive property of the Company or its partners and are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, of the content of the Site, without the prior written authorization of the Company, is prohibited. The User does not acquire any intellectual property rights as a result of using the Site. They are simply granted a non-exclusive license to use the Site, solely for the purpose of benefiting from the services offered there, for strictly private and non-commercial use.
Any contributions from the User (for example, if the User provides suggestions for improvement, ideas or feedback via a contact form or other means) may be used freely by the Company, which will be the sole owner of the improvements or ideas thus derived, without any compensation for the User, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
As part of utilizing the services of the Site, the Company is likely to collect and process certain personal data of the User (for example: email address, information transmitted via registration or contact forms, browsing data, etc.). The detailed modalities of processing this data and the User's rights in this regard are described in the Privacy Policy of the Site.
The User is invited to consult this Privacy Policy to understand how and why their data is processed, and in what manner cookies may be used on the Site (analytical cookies, etc.). By using the Site, the User consents to this processing in accordance with the applicable regulations (GDPR and the French "Data Protection" law).
The Company makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on the Site and the quality of the services offered. However, the information on the project (including, but not limited to, the description of 10-Chairs products, announced features, indicative dates of availability or launch, etc.) is provided for informational purposes and is non-contractual. The Company does not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of this information. This may be subject to change, particularly due to the innovative nature of the project and the uncertainties of the development phase.

The Company offers no warranty as to the actual release date of 10-Chairs products.
The liability of the Company, should it be engaged despite the above provisions, is limited in any event to the sum of €20 per User for any damages, which corresponds to the maximum amount of the deposit of intent paid on the Site. This limitation does not apply in the event of gross or intentional negligence on the part of the Company, nor in the event of damage to life, health or the physical integrity of a person.
9. Hypertext Links and External Content
The Site may contain hypertext links pointing to third-party websites, in particular for the payment process of the deposit of intent (e.g. link to PayPal or Stripe) or for data collection (e.g. Typeform forms), or access and share buttons on social media, for example.
The presence of these links does not mean that the Company approves the content of these external sites. The Company exercises no control over the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites and cannot be held responsible for their services, content, advertisements, cookies or other elements. The User is recommended to consult the terms of use and privacy policies of these third-party sites before using them.
Any hypertext link pointing to the Site set up by a third party must be previously authorized in writing by the Company. The Company reserves the right to have a link to the Site removed if it has not been authorized or if it would harm its image.
The Company reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time in order to adapt them to the developments of the Site and its services, or to legal and regulatory updates.
In the event of a substantial modification of the ToU, the new version will be published on the Site with a clearly indicated update date. It is the User's responsibility to regularly check the ToU. Use of the Site after the update date will constitute acceptance of the modified ToU.
If the User does not accept the new provisions of the ToU, they must stop using the Site and may request the deletion of their personal data in accordance with the procedure provided in the Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

For any questions regarding the application of these ToU, or any dispute relating to the use of the Site, the User is invited to contact the Company at contact@10-chairs.com in order to seek an amicable solution.
Failing an amicable agreement, and subject to applicable mandatory protective legal provisions (in particular for consumers residing outside France), any dispute will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the territorially competent French courts.
