First, the terrain.
Ten years in the artisan trade, as a baker-pastry chef.
An activity that requires presence, precision, and time. When days are busy, communicating about what you do is not always the priority, even when the expertise is there.
Then, the gaze of the media.
About ten years managing a communications agency specializing in media production.
This experience highlighted the same difficulty from another angle: small businesses need regular content, but do not always have the time and resources to produce it.
